Dr. Taiwo (Tai) Oguntade is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (across the lifespan) with extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. BDP accepts a variety of insurance plans, including major payers. We are in network with Aetna, BCBS, Health Partners, Ucare, Hennepin Health, Medicaid, Medicare, PreferredOne, Prime West Health, Tricare West (VACCN)-in progress, Carelon, UHC/Optum/UMR/Medical Resources, etc.
We are also in-network with secondary coverage to Medicare that follows Medicare guidelines and out of network.
NOTE: This is not a guarantee of coverage and payment. Patients are required to know their plan’s specific coverage plan.

Please file a police report if they were stolen. We will need a copy of the police report to keep record of in your chart. Although we cannot refill the same medication due to the federal regulations around controlled medications, a non-controlled alternative may be suggested to you in replacement.
